    • Pre-Degree / +2 Certificate
    • Statement of Degree marks sheet 1st, 2nd, 3rd
    • Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate
    • Statement of PG marks sheet 1st,2nd
    • Provisional Certificate / PG Certificate
    • Passport size photo 4 nos.

  4. The fee must be remitted through D/D in favour of following relevant address:
